Mencap / Fantasy Premier League (FPL) Competition – Terms & Conditions
- The organiser of the Competition is Royal Mencap Society (Mencap), a registered charity (number 222377) in England and Wales, of 6 Cyrus Way, Hampton, Peterborough PE7 8HP.
- The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over (at the time of entry). Employees of Mencap are eligible to enter and win prizes. No special advantage is given, and results shall be determined solely by the performance in the FPL platform.
- By entering this Competition, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- To enter the Competition and be eligible to win a prize, participants must:
a. register and create a team on the FPL platform at https://fantasy.premierleague.com/ (FPL Platform);
b. sign up to the Competition by filling out the form on https://mencap.givingpage.org/mencap-fpl-fundraising-league and either:
i. make a voluntary donation in the suggested amount of £10 to Mencap via the specified platform; or
ii. request a free entry to the Competition by emailing community.fundraising@mencap.org.uk;
c. join the Mencap private league on the FPL platform (Mencap FPL League) using a code provided by Mencap after either donating or requesting free entry. - Donations are entirely voluntary and not a condition of entry. No entrant will be disadvantaged by choosing not to donate. All donations will be used to support and advance Mencap’s charitable objects and, once received, are non-refundable.
- The Competition will run for the full 2026/2027 FPL season (26/27 Season) from Gameweek 1 to Gameweek 38. The winner(s) will be determined by the final league standings in the Mencap FPL League solely as calculated by the FPL Platform.
- One main prize will be awarded to the participant whose team finishes first place in the Mencap FPL League at the end of the 26/27 Season. At the discretion of Mencap, additional prizes may be awarded to the second and third finishers – these additional prizes are not guaranteed. All prizes will be announced (and winner(s) contacted) by Mencap during or after the Competition (by no later than 15 working days after the end of the 26/27 Season) and are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. No cash alternatives will be offered.
- Mencap reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so. Mencap will notify participants of any changes as soon as possible.
- Mencap’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Competition will be final and binding.
- Any participant personal data will be used solely for the purposes of the Competition and in accordance with applicable UK data protection law.
- The Competition (and these terms and conditions) are governed by English law and any disputes must be referred to the courts of England.
- This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or made in association with, FPL, the Premier League, any Premier League clubs or any other third party or platform.
