Do you currently have an EOTAS package for your child? We want to hear from you.

The SEND consultation earlier this year did not properly recognise children who are educated out of school. We know that EOTAS packages can be the difference between learning and not, when school or college isn’t an option.

The Department for Education has now committed to a specific consultation on EOTAS packages. We need your experiences of the current EOTAS system so we can make sure young people and families who rely on EOTAS are heard.

Please spare a few minutes to respond to our quick survey. Your answers will help us share stories with the government, media and the wider public as we continue to campaign to ensure the government gets these reforms right.

About us

The Disabled Children’s Partnership is a growing coalition of more than 130 organisations, ranging from national charities to smaller parent carer groups campaigning for and alongside disabled children and their families.

We believe that if children and young people are given the support, education, and health services they require it is not only best for them but for society.

Our #FightForOrdinary campaign sets out a positive vision for a reformed system — while holding clear red lines to protect vital legal rights. The fight isn't over and we will be continuing to campaign to make sure the government gets these reforms right. Find out more.
